Box Office Opening Times
The Box Office is open from 10.00am to 4.00pm for telephone enquiries only.
Support Slots
Unfortunately we cannot offer support slots with touring acts unless specified by the promoter or agent. However there are occasional opportunities. These will be advertised on our social media so make sure you're following our Facebook page to stay up to date. Instructions on how to apply will be included in the relevant post.

If we are looking to recruit more staff we will post it on our social media channels, so please keep an eye on them. If you want to send in a CV you are more than welcome to hand one in to the Box Office, and we will keep it on record.
Complaints Procedure
We aim to deal with all complaints as effectively as possible. If it is a minor issue then please feel free to ask for a Duty Manager via a member of staff on the night of the show. If you have a more serious complaint, or staffing issue then please email
