“Southerlies” are no newcomers to the south coast music scene and have shared the stage with many well-known artists over the years. Southerlies have kept to their Country Americana pop roots but have enhanced sound thanks to the new musicianship onboard. This is expressed in their live performance and is something that have to be seen to be appreciated!

BECKY JERAMS

Becky Jerams is an acoustic and pop singer/songwriter from Portsmouth, UK, who writes songs for other artists internationally as well as for herself.

Her songs have been featured on TV shows, movies and adverts, and placed with artists around the world. Her co-written track "You Better Know" for K-Pop band Red Velvet is a fan favourite and she has also written for various other Asian acts, and for the Disney musical show Penny On MARS.

FOXBRIDGE

Foxbridge is an acoustic duo, with harmonies to pierce the soul. Honest, beautiful songs about the dusty rooms of life. Emily Ellicott and Justin Capps formed Foxbridge in 2022, building on a musical partnership that began in early 2019 across various projects. Justin’s voice and guitar carry the sprawling musical landscape of America, while Emily weaves the rich tapestry of English vocal tradition with sophisticated artistry and emotional depth.

KATE HARDING

Releasing music has been a healing process for singer and song writer Kate Harding. After her appendix burst in 2023, Kate's short stay in hospital was enough of a catalyst for her to start recording and releasing her own music. Expressing herself in ways she's waited a lifetime to allow herself to do.

JORDAN MILLS

Jordan Mills has been writing and performing his own music for the past ten years as well as performing a wide range of popular covers.

With a sound rooted in indie-pop and folk, Jordan's music often draws from personal stories and relatable experiences.

NICKY WILSONS FOXY WHEELS

The project began during lock down when Nicky Wilson remembered he had a Les Paul and so stepped away from Trees' Yamaha and created the video series on Facebook, to cheer up his friends and followers over lock down.

He realised he can still play guitar. He started writing songs. The flood gates opened following the haunting “Nothing Left to Fear” - a tribute to his late friend Foxy.
