TICKETS

How do I book tickets?

You can book tickets from our website (preferred) or in person from our box office. For touring shows, tickets will also be available on ticketing sites such as TicketMaster, Gigantic and See Tickets.

What are your Box Office opening hours?

The box office is open for general telephone enquirys from 10.00am to 4.00pm, Monday to Friday. Our box office is also open on the night of Wedge shows, although we don't advise coming down on sold out shows as our staff will have their hands full. On a Wedge show night the box office will be open from 7.30pm to 10.00pm. Please do not call us if you have ventured down at 8am on a Monday morning looking to book tickets. Our Box Office will not be open, and we will still be in bed .

Can I buy physical tickets?

Yes. For every show we print a limited number of physical tickets. If you want to have a physical memory of each show, you can get your physical tickets from our box office (currently cash only). Please note there may be a delay between show announcement and the physical tickets being available due to printing. Please ring ahead to make sure the tickets you want are in especially if you're travelling a distance.

I bought tickets online, can I pick them up from the Box Office before the show?

If you have ordered a ticket from our website you will be sent an e-ticket which you can bring to the show. If you bought from any other major ticket retailer (Ticketmaster, See Tickets, Gigantic), they can only be collected after the doors open, on the night of the show.

Do I have to print out my e-ticket?

No - you can show your e-ticket on your smart phone and we will be able to scan you in from that. We like trees so this is our preferred option.

I ordered a ticket from you online, and haven't received an e-ticket?

Please make sure you check your junk mail and spam folder before contacting us. Searching for 'Musicglue' (the ticket agency) might be more effective than searching 'Wedgewood Rooms' or the artist who you have paid to see. If you still cannot find the ticket you can e-mail us at box.office@wedgewood-rooms.co.uk or call us on 02392863911. We will cancel your tickets and issue you with new ones (original e-ticket will be void)

The show I bought tickets for has moved date. What if I cannot go, and what happens if the show I bought tickets to is cancelled? What is the refund policy?

If a show is rescheduled you will only be entitled to a refund once the new date is announced. If the show is cancelled and you have purchased your tickets via Music Glue your e-tickets will be automatically be refunded. This should also be the case with See Tickets, Ticketmaster and Gigantic. If you have purchased via them and not been refunded you will need to contact them directly. If you bought physical tickets from the Wedgewood Rooms Box Office you will need to return them in person for a cash refund within two months after the date of the show itself.

I bought tickets to a show but I cant go. Can I give them to a friend?

The Wedgewood Rooms tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Re-selling tickets online at above the face value is ticket touting, which harms both artists and venues. Anyone we find selling their tickets at more than face value will have their tickets cancelled and may be barred from making further bookings tickets for our shows. Purchasers please be aware that if you are buying tickets from secondary sellers, that they are not above the initial face value. Original prices can be checked by contacting the venue here CONTACT.

Who are Music Glue?

Music Glue are the independent ticket agency that we work in partnership with to process your ticket purchase. Whilst we have your name, email address and ticket purchase information, we do not have any information about your address or the credit card used. Further, none of this information is stored on our website. For more information on Music Glue's Terms & Conditions visit https://www.musicglue.com/terms-and-conditions

What are concessions?

For some shows we can offer concession rates (predominantly comedy shows). Concessions normally apply to Students and Seniors over 65. Check individual event listings for details.

Are there age restrictions?

The Wedgewood Rooms is an all ages venue, however we request that customers under 14yrs are accompanied by an adult, who will be responsible for them. All our shows are therefore 14+, and any other age restrictions will be advertised at point of sale. As a guide comedy shows are 16+, and any club night is 18+ and you will need ID to enter the venue.
