THIS EVENT TAKES PLACE AT CLARENCE FIELD, CLARENCE ESPLANADE, SOUTHSEA PO5 3XX

A 'socially-distanced festival' on Southsea seafront, with a line-up of music, comedy and family entertainment has been announced by Portsmouth City Council. The Lockdown Mastered events will take place on Clarence Field over two weekends in late August. It will be the first time live entertainment has been back to the seafront since the coronavirus lockdown began in March.

Families or small groups will be able to book their own socially-distanced bubble to sit in while they enjoy the live shows. Each group will be allocated a spacious area, clearly marked on the grass and people will be encouraged to bring their own picnics to enjoy while they soak up the music, comedy and children's shows.

PLEASE FOLLOW THESES EVENT REGULATIONS IN RELATION TO COVID-19:

Please do not attend the event if you, or anyone you have been in contact with are displaying symptoms of COVID-19 or have contracted the virus. The symptoms are: new and persistent cough, loss of taste and/ or smell and a high temperature. If you are displaying these symptoms, we advise that you remain at home and book at test via the NHS Test and Trace service.

Each group can have a maximum of 6 members. We ask that your social bubble is made up of the government permitted mixture of households. You will be allocated a bubble upon entry and cannot move to another bubble upon allocation. Failure to comply with this will result in removal from the grounds. You may bring tables and chairs for your bubble however, you must not exceed the 4m x 4m space you have been allocated. All bubbles will be clearly sprayed on to the grass. Once you are set up in your bubble, we ask that you remain within that space as best you can for the remainder of the show. No dogs are allowed at the venue.

We will not have any food and drink vendors inside of the venue to prevent queuing and therefore, a break in social distancing regulations. You are permitted to bring your own food and drink in to the venue as well as picnic tables, blankets and chairs which have to be placed inside your allocated bubble. No BBQs are permitted at the event. If individuals are heavily intoxicated, they will be escorted from the site to keep in line with social distancing rules.

Upon arrival to the venue, we ask that you please complete the NHS Test and Trace form. This will enable the NHS to contact people who may have come in to contact with an individual who has tested positive for COVID-19 after the event. One person per bubble may leave contact details, providing they inform all other group members should there be an outbreak at the venue. Details will be kept for a total of 21 days after the event, this allows an incubation period after the event in case of an outbreak. We will only use the details given for the NHS Track and Trace service and will not share any information with third parties. After 21 days, the data will be disposed of in a correct manner which will ensure all data is destroyed.

All ticket sales will be going to two charities: RNRMC and Rowans Hospice. We can only give refunds if the event is cancelled. The event will not be cancelled if it is raining.

No payment is to be made at the venue and so please ensure you have bought the correct amount of tickets as you will not be able to purchase any additional.

All patrons with children are responsible for their children. This includes in instances of social distancing; parents and guardians must ensure that their children social distance from those outside your bubble.

All patrons must social distance when entering, during and leaving the venue. Where you can, please remain 2 meters from anyone outside your bubble. If patrons are purposely not following social distancing measures, the event management and security may deem it appropriate to remove individuals from the venue.

We ask that all patrons make use of Sanitation Stations set up in various locations throughout the site. Please ensure you are frequently cleaning your hands.
