MITCH BENN
MITCH BENN is not only one of the most sought-after acts on the comedy circuit but is widely acknowledged as one of the best writer/performers of comic songs in the country.

STEPHEN CARLIN
Stephen Carlin was born in Scotland in 1976. He frequently claims to have made his stage debut in a school nativity play aged five. This is almost certainly untrue.
It is far more likely that he made his stage debut the previous year performing magic tricks at his nursery school. No recording of that show now exists but eye witnesses recall a mesmerising turn. Carlin, sensing that the tide was turning against variety got out while he could. He was to take no further part in the 1980s. Carlin had yet to embrace the alternative comedy revolution. He was four years old and an idiot.
In 2001 Stephen moved to London to ‘do something’ with his life. He wasn’t sure what that something was. At first he thought ‘something’ may comprise of spending all his time with a guy called Dave drinking in The Black Lion in Plaistow, East London. However after persevering for a year it did not prove artistically fruitful.
In 2002 after attending a gig at London’s Chuckle Club, Carlin finally took the plunge and started performing stand up comedy. His first gig was at the Camden Head pub in Islington. Stephen now performs all over the country, he also writes a lot of comedy. He is particularly proud of his recent BBC radio series Gus Murdoch's Sacred Cows.
Stephen lives in London. His hobbies include drinking whisky and refusing to ask directions even when lost.
MIKE BUBBINS
Previously a PE teacher by ‘profession’, Mike grew tired of the criticism constantly levelled at him by colleagues, for only owning one pair of trainers and refusing to wear a tracksuit socially. Consequently he hung up his whistle and made the leap into comedy in 2008.
Since then he has rapidly become a favourite on the stand-up circuit, performing regularly at comedy clubs, theatres and universities across the UK. He also writes a daily blog for walesonline and is a regular guest comedian on BBC Radio Wales. In 2009 he performed his debut one-man show at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival to critical acclaim, Fringe review publication Three Weeks describing him as ‘compelling’ and ‘genuinely funny’.
Fortunately for Mike, years of failed relationships, public humiliation, extreme frustration, chronic impatience, and challenging friendships, have resulted in a well stocked comedy library for him to delve into. He combines this wealth of material with a relaxed, confident delivery, and a natural warmth and charm, to create a special connection between him and the audience.
To date, Mike has been happy to take his views on the obscure, the worrying, the embarrassing and the downright pointless, to just about anywhere, firmly believing in the tenet that ‘No job is too small!’*
