Mammalia Blue are a lo-fi indie trio from Portsmouth. The band derive their sound from a combination of intricate melodic guitar riffs, smooth well-rounded basslines and breezy drums. In addition, Cal Broad's laid back vocal style accompanying atypical song structures are what make MB have such a refreshing and distinguished tone.

Following the popularity of their new self titled EP released in May (including tracks "Lemurs", "The Boy, Henry", and "Hakeem Olajuwon") Mammalia Blue played a packed out show at the Wave Maiden. The band are going from strength to strength with each performance tighter than the last. They are looking forward to building on this success throughout the summer, performing at a string of live shows across the south of England.
